Owner John Schuld has decades of hands-on experience with Davenport® Automatics.  Since 1964 John has worked his way up in the industry from Davenport® Operator to Plant Manager, and was the Davenport Northeast Specialist for 12 years with Rudel Machinery.  He has managed our parts business since its beginning in 1993, and continues to personally train the staff at ISMS to service your technical needs.

Operations Manager, Jason Schuld and Inside Sales Manager, Darren Richards have also been with us since the beginning.  They have extensive hands-on knowledge of our products and services, and they work hard to ensure quick delivery and competitive pricing.  National Sales Manager, John Schuld, Jr. came aboard in 1998 with a background in Production Machining and a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.  Our entire team aims to meet your needs in a friendly, efficient and cost-effective manner.

ISMS Has Grown By Word Of Mouth

In 1993 we opened our doors for business in Waterbury, Connecticut, the hub of Connecticut's screw machine industry.  Word about our competitive pricing, excellent service and technical support spread rapidly.  While we continue to serve our many loyal customers in the local area, our customer base has expanded to include many national and international accounts.  We believe that we have grown because we do our very best to provide excellent service to all of our customers, large and small.  Our thanks to all of you.  We look forward to future opportunities to make your job "a little bit easier".
