Lubricator The SureMatic Lubricator is a piston discharge pump actuated by air, controlled by an electric solenoid valve (optional). The lubricator handles most industrial greases suitable for being transferred under pressure through small bore tubing. A wide selection of reservoir capacities are available to handle any size machinery. A machine or time-controlled solenoid valve actuates the SureMatic Lubricator to deliver pre-determined amounts of grease. |

Lubricator Introducing a new series of positive displacement lubricators for oil & grease. Includes a single & multipoint unit f or lubrication of up to 8 points. They're compact, battery powered, motor-driven, pump stations which are fully programmable. The see-through, screw-in disposable reservoirs are made from "football helmet tough" polycarbonate. Pump station & grease module may be ordered together or the module may be ordered separately as a replacement reservoir. The Lube Station has 6 settings from 3 hrs to 18 hrs to allow grease to last from 1-12 months. The unit has a convenient manual operation knob, complete with a simple discharge setting adjustment device. Selected lubricator discharge setting is shown on indicator rod in marked increments. Integrated mounting plate and cover assembly houses the electric synchronous timing motor. Timing motor's built-in gear reduction controls operational cycle time. Lubricator Auto Oil Pump A line of self-contained motorized gear pumps, Versa III is programmed to discharge accurate amounts of oil at predetermined intervals from several minutes to several hours. Models are offered for all Single-Line Oil Systems. Versa III units are available complete with built-in controller, external controller or a machine-based microprocessor (supplied with lubricated machinery). The unit is supplied with a low level switch and monitoring indicators. Oil output from the lubricator is delivered on a cyclic basis and delivered through distribution tubing to meter units (Type F). These flow devices proportion the oil output to each individual point. Output volume is controlled by lubricator run time and an adjustable bypass needle valve. Lubricator is shipped preset with bypass valve open to aid priming during installation. For use with Single Line Resistance (SLR) and Positive Displacement Injector (PDI) systems. |

V5W Automatic Continuous Lubricator Oil Pump The V5W lubricator is a compact, motor-driven gear pump. Controlled output is adjustable to meet medium and large machinery needs. The fully automatic lubricator is preset for best operation. Discharge volume may be adjusted by turning the bypass valve counter-clockwise to reduce the pressure and thus reduce the amount of oil, or by turning the valve clockwise to increase pressure and oil flow.
