BIJUR METERING DEVICES, CONTROL UNITS & INJECTORS FOR GREASE & OIL A
metering or proportioning device is the part of the system that measures and
dispenses oil or grease to a friction point. It must be noted that this is not
a function of the pump. The pump, or lubricator, controls the volume of oil or
grease available for overall system consumption.

ExactoServe Injector - Grease ExactoServe systems use a single supply line to feed all injectors from an individual pump. On large or multiple machine installations, careful design of the supply lines and use of manifold injectors can create a system of minimal complexity and cost. The adjustable injectors make it easy to fine tune the system. Injectors can often be adjusted or replaced between cycles, meaning simple maintenance tasks won't interrupt operation.

1000 Divider Block Progressive Grease System The Series 1000 progressive divider valve manifold distributes & proportions incoming oiler grease to bearings points. A typical divider valve manifold consists of an inlet section, 3 to 9 valves and an end section. One assembly can serve up to 18 lube points. OPERATING SEQUENCE: Individual valve blocks operate in a pre-arranged progressive sequence. During operation, the piston within the block must complete a full discharge cycle before another piston begins operation. As long as lubricant is supplied under pressure to the inlet section of the divider, manifold valve block will continue to operate in a progressive manner. When lubricant flow is interrupted to the inlet block, piston movement stops. When flow resumes, piston movement commences at the same point in the discharge cycle. Feed lines deliver lubricant from the valve block to individual lube points. Should a discharge line become blocked, it will stop all the valves operating. Indicators are available to alert a blockage.

M2500 Divider Block Progressive Grease System M2500 Divider Blocks are the principal components of a Bijur Progressive lubricating system. Modular construction makes these blocks easy to install, modify and maintain, without removing any tubing. Operation of all valves in the system can be monitored by a cycle indicator switch. Up to 20 bearings can be lubricated from one manifold assembly, and up to 20 manifolds can be included in a simple system.

Control Unit Single Line Resistance Control units are continuous flow proportioning devices. Each outlet of a continuous lubricating system is provided with a control unit. While the lubricator measures the total oil feed to the system, the control unit proportions the feed to the bearings. APPLICATION: Control units Type C must be used with all continuous type lubricators (cannot be used with cyclic lubricators). Control units feed in direction of arrow. IDENTIFICATION: Each control unit is identified by an alphanumeric stamp on its surface which indicates its type and flow rate. OIL DELIVERY RATES: Standard flow rates range from 5/0(extra slow) to 5(extra fast). Each incremental increase in rate size doubles oil flow to a point. TYPES & INSTALLATION: Straight type (CSA and CT) are mounted directly at bearings. Junction type (CJB and CJD) are screwed into tapped holes in junctions.

Positive Displacement Injectors - Oil Positive Displacement Injectors (PDIs) deliver a fixed quantity of oil at the outlet connection during each discharge. This discharge can be monitored visually by an indicator pin mounted at end of injector. Lubricant flow at the outlet end of the injector causes the red indicator pin of the PDI indicator to pop up through the cap to show delivery. A decrease in line pressure will allow the spring-loaded indicator pin to reset itself in the indicator body until the next lubrication cycle. APPLICATION: PDI indicators may be installed on any PDI cyclic operation system. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: System must build up a line pressure to 200 psi (14 bar) min. A pressure relief device must be used in the system to permit a pressure drop to approx. 5-10 psi (0.3-0.7 bar) and allow the PDI to fully reset.

M2500 Divider Block Progressive Oil System Progressive
movement lubricant divider blocks operate in a pre-arranged sequence for
easy monitoring of system operation through a moving indicator pin.
Normally, the pin transmits a signal to the system controller through an
electrical limit switch at the end of a complete lubrication cycle.
