Green Standard Master Feed Fingers - The Original
Non-Marring Feed Finger for Automatic Screw Machines.
The bar stock surface can not be
damaged because the bar surface is gripped on it's entire periphery by
precision molded rubber. A simple adjustment compensates for insert wear
and bar imperfections. This patented design and proprietary mold process
allows the feeding of nearly any shape - rounds, squares, hexes, and splines -
even tubing and asymmetrical shapes. Changes in bar stock size, or
shape, requires only switching to the proper Green
Insert. Green Feed Fingers have been used on the softest of
materials - even 22 karat Gold - without leaving the faintest of witness
marks!

Master
Feed Finger with Nose Adjustment - This unique design allows for
grip adjustment or the changing of bar stock sizes without removing
the Master from the machine. Only the nose cap is removed to swap out
inserts or adjust tension on the finger. Reduce overall cost thru less
down time, fewer Feed Fingers, and shorter change over times.

Floating Reamer Holders - The unique patented design of
the Green Floating Reamer Holder allows
for a full tool float – both axially and radially – thus
eliminating "bell mouth" and chatter marks. Cutting tooth shock
and hole non-compliance is absorbed within the holder, vastly extending tool
life. Ideal for reaming, drilling, and other cutting tool applications
performed on turret lathes, automatic screw machines, and CNC lathes and
turning centers. The Green Floating
Reamer Holder will materially improve
cutting tool economy, improve piece part quality,
and thereby lower total production costs. Available in sizes 000 thru

Giant was initially designed to fill the need where our
regular inserts leave off and for those jobs at, or near, machine
capacity. Because the Green's Giant is a
cage-type design with natural rubber precision molded to the exact bar stock
shape desired, it is often preferred for easy and rapid machine
change-overs.
The Green's Giant will feed
nearly any shape - rounds, squares, hexes, and splines - even tubing and
asymmetrical shapes without witness marks. And, only with
Green’s cage pusher, there’s no loss of machine capacity!
